Importance of Being Earnest
My concrete details is the way Cecily and Algernon talk. Cecily is very flirtacious but hard to get, and Algernon isn't giving up. Another concrete detail is the way Cecily and Algernon feel about eachother. Cecily wants to meet Algy becuase she always wanted to meet Jack's brother. Algernon just wants to bubury Cecily. Finally, the last concrete detail is the way the think about eachother. Cecily thinks Algernon is a bad boy and Algernon thinks Cecily is some cute little country girl.

I'm not exactly sure what your commentary is?
ReplyDeleteBut i think that those are good points for your paragraph as long as it goes along with our thesis of strong couples being able to make it through anything together. I think that for your transition to your paragraph from amy's paragraph could have somehting to do with what amy was talking about which was basically that after they knew everything about eachother and were able to clear everything up and in your case forgive eachother they are able to be happy and together, showing the fight that a "strong couple" has to go through in order to overcome the little obstacles
I agree with Ariana. You have good points, but you need to be sure to back them up with good commentary. And also, don't forget to make sure that everything you say has to do with the thesis, which is about the obstacles the couples have to overcome.
ReplyDeleteAlso, since your paragraph is last, your transition sentence won't need to refer to new ideas in the next paragraph, but should still reflect on your paragraph and the thesis.
